- (a) Initial Term.
The Initial Term will commence on the Effective Date of this Agreement and expire on the tenth (10th) anniversary of the Opening Date of the Makery.
Nothing contained in this Section 3(a) will limit Franchisor's termination rights set forth in Section 20.
