What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Buff City Soap FDD, the Brand Introduction training takes place virtually and in Dallas. The Brand Introduction training lasts for 1 hour.
Buff City Soap requires that you, your Operator, and your General Manager attend the initial corporate training program. The company also provides on-site training, initial corporate training, and initial pre-opening training for up to 21 days to assist with initial corporate training and pre-opening activities for the Franchised Business for a maximum of two locations opened by you or entities affiliated with you.
Initial Corporate Training is up to seven days. Initial Preopening Training for a BCS Makery opening is up to seven days per Makery for a maximum of two locations. The training may be located in the corporate office in Dallas, TX, alongside a BCS Makery location chosen by the Franchisor.
