For Budget stations, how often can the thresholds on the Station Threshold/Range Screen (RAPB800) be changed?
Budget Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
Each station must establish its own thresholds and send the form(s) into Change Control at WHQ for input to the system. Once the thresholds are added to the system, it is the responsibility of the Licensee to verify their accuracy. Thresholds may be changed upon thirty days' prior notice.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Budget's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, each Budget station establishes its own thresholds on the Station Threshold/Range Screen (RAPB800). To implement these thresholds, the station must submit the relevant forms to Change Control at WHQ for system input.
Once the thresholds are added to the system, the Budget licensee is responsible for verifying their accuracy. This verification step is crucial to ensure that the system correctly reflects the station's intended operational parameters.
Thresholds can be changed, but Budget requires thirty days' prior notice before any changes are implemented. This advance notice allows Budget to manage the changes systematically and ensure that all systems are updated accordingly, minimizing potential disruptions.
