What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Budget's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the web-based training program is mandatory for the franchisee, the General Manager, and any other employees that Budget approves. Budget offers this training through Workday Learning, which is accessible on any device with web access.

To meet Budget's standards, the franchisee and their approved employees must actively participate in and complete all web-based training sessions in a timely manner. The estimated initial investment covers the cost of training for the franchisee, their General Manager, and approved employees.

This requirement ensures that all key personnel are properly trained in Budget's operating procedures and standards. For a prospective franchisee, this means budgeting time and resources for themselves, their general manager, and other employees to complete the training program. Failing to complete the training to Budget's satisfaction could potentially impact the franchisee's ability to operate the franchise.
