All rental transactions input in Wizard will be processed through the Revenue Distribution System, and reports will be produced monthly highlighting the accounting entries associated with the rental transactions processed. These reports will provide proper detail to enable postings to local general ledgers and to research extraordinary items. Rentals that involve intercity splits or occur at foreign locations will reflect the appropriate accounting entries.
The Revenue Distribution System will provide licensee participants with a standard file format of summary rental accounting data. This data will be made available on a monthly basis and the licensee will need to work with the ABCR IT group to agree and test the method of file delivery.

According to Budget's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, all rental transactions inputted into the Wizard system are processed through the Revenue Distribution System. This system generates reports on a monthly basis, which highlight the accounting entries associated with the rental transactions processed. These reports are designed to provide sufficient detail for postings to local general ledgers and for researching any unusual items. Specifically, the Revenue Distribution System provides several key reports. The Control Statement (RDSB294 WEEKLY ACCOUNTING DISTRIBUTION) offers a summary of all rentals by General Ledger Account number for a given accounting period. However, the Revenue Distribution System also provides licensee participants with a standard file format of summary rental accounting data on a monthly basis.
In addition to the Revenue Distribution System, Budget also utilizes a Worldwide Reporting System (WRS). Statistical data regarding rental activity and revenues are provided on a daily and month-to-date basis, including a year-to-year comparison. All reports are available online, with a frequency to be determined by ABCR, but not less than weekly. This ensures that Budget franchisees have access to up-to-date information on their rental activities and revenues.
