Our agent for service of process in the State of New York is the Secretary of State of New York, 41 State Street, Albany, New York 11231, copies of which should be sent to us in accordance with Section 14.20 below.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Budget's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the receipt that the franchisee signs to acknowledge receiving the FDD should be returned to Budget Rent A Car System, Inc. at 379 Interpace Parkway, Parsippany, NJ 07054.
Additionally, for service of process in the State of New York, the Secretary of State of New York at 41 State Street, Albany, New York 11231 is Budget's agent, and copies of any such service should also be sent to Budget according to Section 14.20 of the franchise agreement.
It is important to note that these are specific locations for particular documents or legal processes. The FDD does not provide a general address for sending all other notices to Budget.
