- This Addendum will have effect only if the Franchise Agreement or License Agreement or Area Development Agreement and/or the relationship between FRANCHISOR and FRANCHISEE satisfy all of the jurisdictional requirements of the California Franchise Investment Law, without considering this Addendum. Except as expressly modified by this Addendum, the Franchise Agreement or License Agreement or Area Development Agreement remains unmodified and in full force and effect.
