What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Brueggers Bagels Franchise Disclosure Document, Brueggers Bagels does not make any financial performance representations about potential revenues, income, or profits for a franchise. This means that the company does not provide any data in Item 19 regarding the actual or potential financial performance of its franchised or company-owned locations.
The FDD states that Brueggers Bagels also does not authorize its employees or representatives to make any financial performance representations, either orally or in writing. The document does note an exception: if you are purchasing an existing bakery, Brueggers Bagels may provide you with the actual records of that bakery.
The FDD instructs prospective franchisees to report to Brueggers Bagels' management, the Federal Trade Commission, and the appropriate state regulatory agencies if they receive any financial performance information or projections of future income from other sources. This is to ensure that franchisees are not relying on potentially misleading or unsubstantiated financial claims.
