Can Brueggers Bagels modify the Manuals from time to time?

In case of any disagreement regarding the Manuals' content, the master copies maintained by Brueggers Bagels at their principal offices will be the controlling reference.

This means that Brueggers Bagels can make changes to the operating procedures, standards, and other information contained in the Manuals, and franchisees are obligated to implement these changes. The franchisee bears the responsibility of keeping their Manuals up-to-date and ensuring their staff complies with the latest standards. Furthermore, the franchisee must treat the Manuals, including all information conveyed via written or electronic access through an on-line system, as confidential. The franchisee cannot misuse, copy, duplicate, record, or otherwise reproduce the Manuals or any other materials containing Brueggers Bagels' confidential information, in whole or in part, or otherwise make them available to an unauthorized person. The Manuals remain the exclusive property of Brueggers Bagels and must be kept at all times in a secure place in the Bakery.
