eplacement (who must be reasonably acceptable to us) in our initial training program within thirty (30) days after the Certified Manager ended his/her full-time employment and/or management responsibilities. The replacement must attend and successfully complete the basic management training program, to our reasonable satisfaction, as soon as it is practical to do so. We will provide you with two (2) replacement training sessions during the term of this Agreement, for up to a total of three (3) individuals during each such session. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Brueggers Bagels FDD, Brueggers Bagels will provide franchisees with two replacement training sessions during the term of the Franchise Agreement. Each replacement training session can accommodate up to three individuals.
If a franchisee needs to send more than three individuals to a replacement training session or requires more than two replacement training sessions, they will incur a training fee. This fee is $1,600 for each additional individual to be trained. This payment must be made in full before the training begins.
In addition to the training fee, the franchisee is responsible for covering all other expenses Brueggers Bagels incurs in connection with the training. These expenses include the costs of transportation, lodging, and meals for the additional trainees. Certified Managers may also be required to attend refresher courses, seminars, and other training programs as Brueggers Bagels may reasonably specify from time to time.
