Developer hereby acknowledges that it has read this Agreement and Franchisor's Franchise Disclosure Document, and that it has no knowledge of any representations about the Bakeries or about Franchisor or its franchising program or policies made by Franchisor or by its officers, directors, shareholders, employees or agents which are contrary to the statements in Franchisor's Franchise Disclosure Document or to the terms of this Agreement, and that it understands and accepts the terms, conditions and covenants contained in this Agreement as being reasonably necessary to maintain Franchisor's high standards of quality and service and the uniformity of those standards at all facilities which operate pursuant to the System and thereby to protect and preserve the goodwill of the System and the Proprietary Marks.

You acknowledge that you received our Franchise Disclosure Document ("FDD") at least 14 days prior to the date you executed the Agreement or paid us any money for the franchise.

You acknowledge that you have received, had the opportunity to personally read and review, and understand the FDD, Agreement and attachments.

You acknowledge that we have permitted you ample time and opportunity to consult with advisors of your own choosing about the potential benefits and risks associated with operating a Bruegger's franchise and entering into an Agreement.
