We began offering Bruegger's franchises in March 1993. We have not offered franchises in any other line of business. We have no affiliates that offer Bruegger's franchises. However, we have affiliates that offer franchises and licenses for other brands, as shown below:

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Brueggers Bagels Franchise Disclosure Document, Brueggers Bagels does not have any affiliates that offer Brueggers Bagels franchises. However, the document states that Brueggers Bagels does have affiliates that offer franchises and licenses for other brands.
The FDD lists several affiliates of Brueggers Bagels and the brands that they offer. These include Caribou Coffee Company, Inc. which franchises Caribou Coffee coffeehouses, Caribou Coffee Development Company, Inc. which also franchises Caribou Coffee coffeehouses, Einstein Bros. Bagels Franchise Corp. which franchises Einstein Bros.
