What trade names, trademarks, and service marks does Browns Chicken own, use, promote, and license?

According to Browns Chicken's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company owns, uses, promotes, and licenses certain trade names, trademarks, service marks, and commercial symbols for use in connection with Browns Chicken stores. These marks include "BROWN'S," "BROWN'S CHICKEN," "BROWN'S FRIED CHICKEN," "BROWN'S CHICKEN AND PASTA," and certain associated logos. Franchisees must notify Browns Chicken of any apparent infringement or challenge to the use of any mark and must assist Browns Chicken in protecting its interests in any related legal proceedings.
