What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Browns Chicken Franchise Disclosure Document, the guarantor personally and unconditionally guarantees that the franchisee will fulfill every commitment outlined in the Franchise Agreement for its entire duration and beyond, as specified in the agreement.

The guarantor also agrees to be personally bound by and liable for any breaches of the agreement. This includes both monetary obligations and the responsibility to take or avoid specific actions or activities, particularly those detailed in Sections 15, 17, and 21 of the Franchise Agreement. These sections are collectively referred to as the "Obligations."

This comprehensive guarantee ensures that Browns Chicken can seek recourse directly from the guarantor for any failures or breaches by the franchisee, providing an additional layer of security for Browns Chicken. Prospective franchisees should carefully review Sections 15, 17, and 21 of the Franchise Agreement to fully understand the scope of the obligations being guaranteed and the potential liabilities for the guarantor.
