What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Browns Chicken's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to complete 6 hours of classroom training related to catering. In addition to the classroom training, franchisees will also complete 40 hours of on-the-job training. All training will be held at a Browns Chicken restaurant at a location determined by Browns Chicken.
Browns Chicken also allows franchisees to enroll additional employees in the training program, but the franchisee will be charged an amount determined by Browns Chicken for training these additional employees. The franchisee is responsible for any salary, travel, living, and other expenses incurred in connection with attendance at Browns Chicken's training programs by the franchisee and their employees.
