If requested by Franchisee, Brown will furnish additional guidance and assistance concerning the operation of the STORE at per diem fees and charges established from time to time by Brown. If special training of Store employees is requested by Franchisee, and must take place at the Store, all expenses for such training, including a per diem charge and travel and living expenses for Brown's personnel, shall be paid by Franchisee.

According to Browns Chicken's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Browns Chicken will furnish operating assistance to franchisees as reasonably required. This assistance includes advice and guidance on various aspects of store operations, such as food preparation, standards, new products, purchasing, advertising, and general management procedures. This guidance is provided through the Browns Chicken Operating Manual, bulletins, written reports, telephonic consultations, or consultations at Brown's offices or the store. Training videos and the Purchasing News are also available on the Brown's Communication Portal.

However, if a Browns Chicken franchisee requests additional guidance and assistance concerning the operation of the store beyond the standard support, Browns Chicken may charge per diem fees and other charges, which are established and adjusted by Browns Chicken periodically.

Additionally, if a Browns Chicken franchisee requests special training for store employees that must take place at the store location, the franchisee is responsible for covering all expenses associated with such training. These expenses include a per diem charge, as well as travel and living expenses for Browns Chicken personnel.
