What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Browns Chicken's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Rider G is an agreement entered into by Browns Chicken, LLC and the franchisee. The document states that the franchisee is a corporation whose principal address is left blank in the agreement. The agreement indicates that the franchisee is granted the right to own and operate a Browns Chicken restaurant.

This means that the specific address of the franchisee is not pre-filled in the standard Rider G form. It is expected that this information will be completed during the finalization of the franchise agreement. The franchisee's store location is also mentioned but the address is left blank in the agreement.

Prospective franchisees should confirm that their principal address is accurately recorded in the final, executed version of Rider G and the franchise agreement. This is a standard practice in franchising, where certain details are customized for each specific franchisee and location.
