What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Browns Chicken's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Browns Chicken franchisees are required to present evaluation forms to their customers. Specifically, franchisees must present evaluation forms that Browns Chicken periodically prescribes. Franchisees must also allow their customers to participate in any surveys performed by or on behalf of Browns Chicken.
This requirement ensures that Browns Chicken can gather feedback on the customer experience at its franchise locations. By collecting customer evaluations, Browns Chicken can monitor the quality of service and identify areas for improvement. This feedback loop helps Browns Chicken maintain brand consistency and customer satisfaction across all franchise locations.
For a prospective Browns Chicken franchisee, this means they must be prepared to actively distribute and collect evaluation forms from customers. They may also need to encourage customer participation in surveys. This task requires franchisees to train their staff to properly administer the forms and surveys, as well as to handle any customer questions or concerns related to the evaluation process. Failure to comply with these requirements could result in the franchisee being found in breach of their franchise agreement.
