Franchisee agrees:
- (1) To comply with the food safety and health standards of the local health department and as set by us, whichever standards are higher and stricter;
- (2) To satisfactory complete all food safety and health training courses required by applicable food safety and health laws;
- (3) To close down the Restaurant if we determine that there are deficiencies relating to food safety, health and cleanliness, and to immediately correct said deficiencies to our satisfaction before re-opening the Restaurant;
