What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Browns Chicken's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must list and advertise their store in classified telephone directories within their territory. Browns Chicken specifies the business classifications for these listings and requires franchisees to use Browns Chicken's standard form of classified telephone directory advertisement.

Before using any local advertising or promotional materials not already prepared or approved by Browns Chicken, franchisees must submit samples for approval. Browns Chicken has 15 days to provide written disapproval from the date they receive the materials. If no disapproval is received within that timeframe, the advertising is considered approved.

Browns Chicken maintains control over how its brand is presented in advertising. Franchisees need to adhere to these guidelines and obtain approval for advertising materials to ensure consistency and quality in marketing efforts. This requirement helps protect the brand's image and ensures that all advertising aligns with Browns Chicken's standards.
