Franchisee or his manager shall hire all employees of the Store and shall be exclusively responsible for the terms of their employment and compensation and for the proper training of such employees. If Franchisee requests Brown to train Franchisee's manager, Franchisee shall pay Brown its then-current Manager Training Fee. Franchisee shall establish at the Store for all employees a training program meeting the standards prescribed by Brown.
