For Brightstar Care, can I use the external connector for business process outsourcing purposes?

According to the 2025 Brightstar Care FDD, you are not allowed to use the external connector license for business process outsourcing purposes. This external connector license removes the need for concurrent or named user licenses for those users.

This restriction means that while you can allow third-party access to the system database through the external connector, you cannot use it to provide business process outsourcing services. Business process outsourcing typically involves contracting out specific business tasks, such as payroll or customer service, to a third-party provider. The external connector license is intended for enabling access, not for outsourcing entire business processes.
