- BrightStar Technology Group, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("BrightStar Technology") whose principal offices are at 2275 Half Day Road, Suite 210, Bannockburn, Illinois 60015. BrightStar Technology will provide you with ongoing support and assistance with respect to the ABS. You will pay BrightStar Technology all fees associated with your use of ABS. BrightStar Technology does not operate any other business. BrightStar Technology has never operated a BrightStar Care Agency or offered franchises in any line of business.

According to Brightstar Care's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, BrightStar Technology Group, LLC, an affiliate of Brightstar Care, provides ongoing support and assistance to franchisees regarding the Athena Business System (ABS). The ABS is Brightstar Nevada's business system that Brightstar Care franchisees use.
As a Brightstar Care franchisee, you are obligated to pay BrightStar Technology all fees associated with your use of the ABS. This means that in addition to the initial franchise fee and other ongoing fees paid to Brightstar Franchising, LLC, franchisees must budget for and remit payments directly to BrightStar Technology for their use of the ABS platform.
BrightStar Technology does not operate any other business and has never operated a Brightstar Care Agency or offered franchises in any line of business. This indicates that its sole function within the Brightstar Care franchise system is to support the technology needs of franchisees related to the ABS.
