What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Brightstar Care's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Brightstar Care does reserve the right to offer training through a virtual environment and/or an e-learning platform. This applies to both the New Owner Track and the Sales, Clinical, and Operations training tracks.
For new franchisees and their key staff, this means that some or all of the training, which includes hands-on instruction for role-specific responsibilities and system functionality, may be delivered online. Brightstar Care also reserves the right to reduce the number of days at their headquarters through the use of e-learning.
Brightstar Care also utilizes e-learning for pre-work and other training modules. For example, pre-work modules such as HIPAA, OSHA, and ABS Knowledge Check, as well as the Kickoff Call, Welcome to Boot Camp, BSC: The People, The Purpose, The Difference (ALL TRACKS), ABS Session 1, ABS Reporting, and Leadership at BrightStar Care, can be completed via e-learning.
