As of the issuance date of this Disclosure Document, the BrightStar Care training program, known as Boot Camp, has four (4) training tracks: (1) New Owner track, (2) Sales track, (3) Clinical track, and (4) Operations track. All tracks include both on-line components and instructor-led classroom-based sessions held in a location in Lake County, Illinois.

According to Brightstar Care's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Boot Camp training program is a key component of the initial training for new franchisees and their staff. As of the FDD issuance date, the training program, also known as Boot Camp, has four training tracks: New Owner, Sales, Clinical, and Operations. All tracks include both online and instructor-led classroom-based sessions held in Lake County, Illinois.

The New Owner Training track is designed to build a new franchisee's knowledge and skills around Brightstar Care's operations, sales, clinical business processes, and compliance. This track may include two or three sessions lasting three to four days each, for a total of up to 12 days. These sessions are held at Brightstar Care's headquarters or a nearby training/conference center.

Key staff members in the Sales, Clinical, and Operations roles are required to attend their respective 3 to 4-day training track sessions within 180 days of signing the Franchise Agreement, or within 90 days if the new hire is a replacement. Brightstar Care also reserves the right to offer training through a virtual environment and/or an e-learning platform. The Pre-Opening and Boot Camp Training programs are conducted by Brightstar Care's company officers, owners, directors, and key employees, each of whom has experience in the areas they teach.
