According to Brightstar Care's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, as a condition of the franchisor's consent to the assignment, the assignee must sign the First Addendum to BrightStar Franchising, LLC Agency Franchise Agreement, along with the franchisor's then-current form of franchise agreement, also known as the New Franchise Agreement.
