What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Brightstar Care's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the monthly fee for the Teams Package, which costs $14.50 per user per month, is subject to change. Brightstar Care will provide franchisees with a 30-day notice before implementing any changes to the Teams Package fee.
This advance notice allows franchisees to adjust their budgets and business plans accordingly. Franchisees also have the option to terminate their and their agency's staff's use of the Teams Package, provided they give Brightstar Care 30 days' notice.
This policy ensures that Brightstar Care franchisees are not caught off guard by unexpected fee increases and have the flexibility to discontinue the service if it no longer meets their needs or budget.
