During your operation of your Agency, we will make the following assistance available to you (citations are to sections in the Franchise Agreement):
Regular consultation and advice in response to your inquiries about specific administrative and operating issues.
We may decide how best to communicate this consultation and advice to you, whether by telephone, in writing, electronically or in person.
The method we choose may be different than the methods we use for other franchisees (§3.2.1).
Administer the General Marketing Fund (also referred to as the National Ad Fund) and provide libraries of approved marketing and advertising materials for local use (§3.2.2).
Make goods and services available to you either directly or through approved suppliers (§3.2.3).
While not currently in place, we may develop a mandatory advanced training program and require your key personnel to attend at our headquarters or another location we designate.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Brightstar Care's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, during the operation of the Agency, Brightstar Care will provide regular consultation and advice in response to inquiries about specific administrative and operating issues. The method of communication for this consultation and advice, whether by telephone, in writing, electronically, or in person, will be determined by Brightstar Care and may vary from franchisee to franchisee.
Brightstar Care will also administer the General Marketing Fund (also referred to as the National Ad Fund) and provide libraries of approved marketing and advertising materials for local use. Additionally, Brightstar Care will make goods and services available either directly or through approved suppliers.
While not currently in place, Brightstar Care may develop a mandatory advanced training program and require key personnel to attend at their headquarters or another designated location. Brightstar Care also maintains the Athena Business System, including the website, and periodically revises the Operations Manual to incorporate new developments and changes in the BrightStar Care Agency Program and franchise, providing franchisees with online access or an electronic copy of all updates. Information on improvements and developments in the BrightStar Care Agency Program is provided through regular announcements via the main menu page or website and newsletter bulletins distributed through email. Additional optional on-site training will be made available on an as-needed basis for an additional fee.
