This applies to several other training subjects as well, including pre-work modules, kickoff calls, and various ABS (Athena Business System) sessions. Brightstar Care's training program, also known as Boot Camp, includes four training tracks: New Owner, Sales, Clinical, and Operations. All tracks incorporate both online components and classroom-based sessions held in Lake County, Illinois. The Sales, Clinical, and Operations tracks are designed for the salesperson, Director of Nursing, and Branch Manager/Director of Operations, respectively. These key staff members are required to complete their training within 180 days of signing the Franchise Agreement, or within 90 days if they are replacements.
