What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Brightstar Care's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the 'Kickoff Call' training session is held in Bannockburn, IL, or any other location that Brightstar Care may designate. As an alternative to a physical location, Brightstar Care may also conduct the 'Kickoff Call' via e-learning. This applies to other training subjects as well.
