What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Brightstar Care's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Graduation & Wrap-Up training, which appears to be the Day 2 Wrap-up training, takes place in Bannockburn, IL, or any other location Brightstar Care may designate, or via e-learning. This applies to the New Owner Track overview, which is designed to build a new franchisee's knowledge and skill around Brightstar Care operations, sales, and clinical business processes and compliance.
The training sessions supplement weekly support calls with assigned Start Team coaches. The New Owner Track may include two or three, 3 to 4-day sessions (no more than 12 days total) and is held at Brightstar Care's headquarters or a nearby training/conference center.
