What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Brightstar Care's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees will be charged for the Teams Package beginning the month they are provided with the Teams Package. This fee is $14.50 per user per month, based on the number of active Teams Package users from the previous month.

The $14.50 monthly fee is not prorated, meaning franchisees will be charged the full amount regardless of when the user account is issued during the month. For example, whether a user account is issued on the 1st or the 30th of the month, the franchisee will still be charged the full $14.50 for that user.

Brightstar Care retains the right to change the monthly fee, but they will provide franchisees with a 30-day notice before any fee changes are implemented. Franchisees also have the option to terminate their and their agency's staff's use of the Teams Package, provided they give Brightstar Care a 30-day notice of their intent to do so. This allows franchisees some control over managing costs associated with the Teams Package.
