What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Brightstar Care's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Brightstar Care provides assistance with goal-setting and business planning after a prospective franchisee signs the Franchise Agreement. This assistance is part of the support Brightstar Care offers to help new franchisees establish their business.
This support is crucial for new franchisees as it helps them to set realistic and achievable goals, and to develop a solid business plan. This can significantly increase their chances of success. The business planning likely involves financial projections, marketing strategies, and operational plans, all tailored to the franchisee's specific territory and market conditions.
Brightstar Care also offers a BrightStart Program to assist new owners in opening their first agency. This program includes a pre-determined education plan with pre-opening checklists for around 3 months and post-opening coaching for the first 24 months of BrightStar Ownership. The ReStart program is condensed to 12 months and is a validation and assessment process for new owners acquiring an existing agency.
