We estimate the cost of purchasing the computer system will range from $24,000

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Brain Balance's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to use the Google Chrome web browser to access Brain Balance applications. The document specifies that Google Chrome is the only web browser supported, and other web browsers may not be compatible. Franchisees also need an iPad/Android tablet(s) with a minimum screen size of 12" and not older than 5 years to access the applications with Wi-Fi or Ethernet connectivity.

This requirement ensures that all franchisees use a consistent and secure platform for accessing the Brain Balance systems, programs, and operations. By standardizing the web browser, Brain Balance can provide better support and maintenance for its proprietary software and applications. It also helps to maintain data security and consistency across all franchise locations.

Prospective franchisees should factor in the cost of purchasing or leasing the required computer hardware and software, including the specified iPad/Android tablet and ensuring they have the latest version of Google Chrome. Additionally, franchisees are responsible for maintaining up-to-date virus protection software on all PC or Mac computers and ensuring they have a reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 MB per second. These technology requirements are essential for accessing and utilizing the Brain Balance applications effectively.
