What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Brain Balance's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to use the most recent version of Google Chrome as their web browser. The document specifies that Google Chrome is the only web browser supported by Brain Balance, and other web browsers may not be compatible with their systems.
This requirement has practical implications for prospective franchisees. They must ensure that their computer systems are compatible with Google Chrome and that they keep the browser updated to the latest version. Failure to use the specified web browser could result in difficulties accessing Brain Balance's applications and systems, potentially disrupting business operations.
Franchisees are responsible for the costs associated with maintaining their computer systems and ensuring they meet Brain Balance's technology requirements. This includes having the correct web browser and keeping it up to date. While franchisees can choose their hardware suppliers, they must adhere to Brain Balance's software specifications, including the use of Google Chrome.
