Under what conditions will Brain Balance provide consultation at no charge to the franchisee after opening?

According to Brain Balance's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, after the franchisee opens their franchised business, Brain Balance will provide consultation at no charge under specific circumstances. This free consultation is available (1) when it is initiated by or at the direction of Brain Balance, or (2) when it pertains to the continued implementation of the Licensed Technology, but only if that implementation necessitates modifications or alterations to the product, process, or service.

This means that if Brain Balance determines that a franchisee needs guidance or if changes to the Brain Balance program require franchisee support, the franchisee will receive consultation without incurring additional fees. However, this free consultation is limited to these specific scenarios.

Any other consultation requested by the franchisee will be at the franchisee's sole cost and expense. Brain Balance outlines specific per diem payments for additional training and consultation in the event the franchisee fails to master the principles and objectives of the Licensed Technology, system development results in new principles or protocols, or upon the request of the franchisee.
