These expenses will vary and may include costs for airfare, transportation, lodging, and other travel expenses. These are payable to Brain Balance when Brain Balance incurs non-refundable expenses due to the franchisee's change to the soft opening date.
Furthermore, a Brain Balance franchisee may be subject to a relocation fee. The relocation fee is the then-current fee, which as of the date of the 2025 Disclosure Document, is $4,000. This fee is incurred if a franchisee relocates their center and the Franchisor approves the relocation.
