Is there a cost for the initial training provided to Brain Balance franchisees and their employees?

Initial training is provided to you and your employees at no cost. Your only expenses in connection with this training will be the cost of your transportation, living, and other incidental expenses you and your employees incur to attend the training, along with any wages or other expenses of your employees who attend the training. We require all franchisees and their Center Director and Program Director to attend training.

The satisfactory completion of the initial training program by you, the Franchisee, is mandatory. as part of our training process, you will become certified in the separate programs we offer. You

must complete each certification prior to enrolling any participants in that program. We do not pay any compensation to you or to your staff for any on-the-job training in which you or they participate. If you fail to satisfactorily complete the initial training program, we reserve the right to terminate your Franchise Agreement and retain all fees you have paid to us.
