What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Brain Balance's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Brain Balance provides several resources to franchisees regarding marketing and brand identity. These include a Marketing Resource Center, Marketing Brand Guidelines with a Brand Overview, and a Center Brand Standards Guide. Additionally, Brain Balance offers a Marketing Brand Identity Overview that includes Brand Overview/Guidelines.
Brain Balance also provides franchisees with access to advertising and promotional materials prepared by their advertising agencies and marketing company. The franchisor maintains the Brain Balance website and creates a microsite page for each center, allowing franchisees to request edits to text and pictures for local use, subject to franchisor approval.
To ensure brand consistency, Brain Balance requires pre-approval for all local marketing materials. Franchisees must submit proposed materials and implementation plans to the marketing department, and disapproval is assumed if no written response is received within ten days. Franchisees also have access to a sales lead management and data system platform (CRM) for use throughout the system.
