We will create and maintain the Brain Balance® Website and will create a page within our Website for your Center, called a microsite. You will be able to request edits to some of the text and pictures for your own local use and to publicize local events. Before use, you are required to submit to BBF for approval all copy and image changes, including, without
limitation, all proposed links, , and you may only use material approved by us. You must list any other information that we require on your microsite.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Brain Balance's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Brain Balance will create and maintain the Brain Balance website, including a microsite page for each franchisee's center. Franchisees are allowed to request edits to some of the text and pictures on their center's microsite for local use and to publicize local events.
However, before making any changes, franchisees must submit all proposed copy and image changes to Brain Balance for approval. This includes all proposed links. Franchisees are only permitted to use material that has been approved by Brain Balance.
Franchisees are also required to list any other information on their microsite that Brain Balance requires. This ensures that all center websites adhere to Brain Balance's brand standards and provide consistent information to customers.
