You will need an iPad/Android tablet(s) with a minimum screen size of 12" and not older than 5 years to access our applications with Wi-Fi or Ethernet connectivity. You will need a Google Chrome Web Browser in its most recent version (note: Google Chrome is the only web browser we support, other web browsers may or may not work). What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Brain Balance's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to have iPad/Android tablets to access the Brain Balance applications. The minimum specifications include a screen size of 12 inches or greater, and the tablet cannot be older than 5 years. The tablets must also have Wi-Fi or Ethernet connectivity. Additionally, a Google Chrome Web Browser in its most recent version is required, as it is the only web browser supported by Brain Balance.

These tablets are part of the broader computer system that Brain Balance franchisees must purchase or lease and maintain. The estimated cost for the entire computer system ranges from $24,000 to $27,000 for a Standard Center and $15,000 to $20,000 for a Satellite Center. This cost encompasses not only the tablets but also other necessary hardware, software, and accessories.

It is important for prospective franchisees to factor in these technology requirements and associated costs when evaluating the overall investment. Ensuring that the chosen tablets and computer systems meet Brain Balance's specifications is crucial for accessing and utilizing the central applications necessary for recording client data, recordkeeping, and communication with Brain Balance.
