What methods, tools, and procedures will Brain Balance provide to enable the franchisee to implement the Brain Balance Program?

(h) COMPANY will provide FRANCHISEE with the methods, a copy of the assessment tools and tests to be used at the Standard Brain Balance Center location, protocols, and procedures to enable FRANCHISEE to implement the Brain Balance Program®.
9.01. Prior to the opening of the Franchised Business by FRANCHISEE:
(b) COMPANY will provide FRANCHISEE with basic methods, assessment tools and tests to be used at the Standard Brain Balance Center location, protocols, and procedures for operating the Franchised Business and with customized software for operating the Brain Balance Program® and for capturing client statistical data for inclusion in the database.
(e) COMPANY shall make available electronically to FRANCHISEE one (1) copy of the Operations Manual, the training manual and form templates (as hereinafter defined) for the term of the Franchise Agreement, which may be amended as provided herein and other training materials.
(b) FRANCHISEE or its principal must have satisfactorily completed the Initial Training Program.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Brain Balance Franchise Disclosure Document, Brain Balance provides franchisees with various methods, tools, and procedures to implement the Brain Balance Program. Prior to opening, Brain Balance will provide basic methods, assessment tools and tests, protocols, and procedures for operating the franchised business. They also provide customized software for operating the Brain Balance Program and for capturing client statistical data for inclusion in the database.
Brain Balance also licenses software to the franchisee under an Application License Agreement. The franchisee will receive a copy of the assessment tools and tests to be used at the Standard Brain Balance Center location, along with the necessary protocols and procedures.
Furthermore, Brain Balance provides franchisees with an Operations Manual, training manual, and form templates electronically for the term of the Franchise Agreement. The franchisee must also complete the Initial Training Program to learn how to implement the Brain Balance program effectively.
