What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Brain Balance's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees operating satellite centers receive approximately 24 hours of online training as part of their initial support. This training is part of a broader package that also includes the option, but not requirement, of up to five days of in-person training at a Brain Balance-approved location.
This initial training is designed to equip franchisees with the foundational knowledge and skills necessary to operate their Brain Balance satellite center. The online component allows for flexibility in scheduling and pacing, while the optional in-person training provides a more hands-on, interactive learning experience. It is important to note that the FDD indicates that these hours may change based on disruptions in travel and operations.
Prospective franchisees should consider the implications of this training structure. While the 24 hours of online training provide a base level of knowledge, franchisees may want to consider the value of the optional in-person training, especially if they are new to the Brain Balance system or the industry. Additionally, franchisees should inquire about the specific content covered in both the online and in-person training modules to ensure it aligns with their learning needs and business goals.
