What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Brain Balance's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees will receive approximately 31 hours of online training. The actual time required may vary depending on the user's background and familiarity with the concepts. In addition to the online program, Brain Balance also provides three to five days of training at a designated training facility. Franchisees will also have a maximum of 10 hours of telephone or webinar training before officially opening when students start to participate in the program.

Brain Balance may also require franchisees and their staff to complete shadow training at an approved regional center for 2-3 days, depending on staff availability. While Brain Balance covers the cost of the training itself, franchisees are responsible for covering transportation, meals, lodging, and salaries for their employees attending the Initial Training Program.

This comprehensive initial training program is designed to equip franchisees with the knowledge and skills necessary to operate a Brain Balance center effectively. The combination of online, in-person, and shadow training aims to provide a well-rounded learning experience. The additional 10 hours of telephone or webinar training before opening ensures that franchisees have access to support and guidance as they prepare to launch their center.
