This training is part of a larger program that also includes up to 10 days at a specified training location and 3 to 5 days at the franchisee's center for site inspection and operations overview. Franchisees also receive about 10 hours of telephone or webinar training before opening.

For franchisees opening a Satellite center, the online training component is approximately 24 hours. They also have the option, but are not required, to attend up to 5 days of training at a location approved by Brain Balance.
