What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Brain Balance's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must maintain a full-time staff consisting of a Center Director and a Program Director. Additionally, the franchisee needs an appropriate number of Program Coaches, who can be part-time, to deliver the services required by Brain Balance.
If a Brain Balance franchisee chooses not to contract with a call center, they must also employ a full-time employee whose primary responsibility is to handle inbound inquiries about the Brain Balance program services. This ensures that all potential customer inquiries are promptly and professionally addressed.
The franchisee has the option to personally work in one of the aforementioned positions (Center Director, Program Director, or handling inbound inquiries). However, if the franchisee does not fill these roles themselves, they are responsible for adequately training individuals to fulfill each position's responsibilities. This ensures that the Brain Balance center is always staffed with competent personnel, regardless of whether the franchisee is directly involved in the daily operations.
