How is customer data communicated to the Brain Balance software?

According to the 2025 Brain Balance Franchise Disclosure Document, Brain Balance provides franchisees with customized software for operating the Brain Balance Program and for capturing client statistical data for inclusion in the database. This indicates that franchisees will input client information directly into the software provided by Brain Balance, which then uses this data to operate the program and populate the database.

Prior to opening their franchised business, Brain Balance will provide franchisees with the basic methods, assessment tools, and tests to be used at the Standard Brain Balance Center location. They will also provide protocols and procedures for operating the franchised business. This ensures that franchisees have the necessary resources and knowledge to effectively use the software and capture client data accurately.

After opening, Brain Balance will offer consultation regarding the continued implementation of the Licensed Technology if said implementation requires product, process, and/or service modification and/or alteration. Additionally, Brain Balance will provide modifications, additions, and deletions to the Software at their discretion. This ongoing support and updates to the software help franchisees stay current with the latest advancements and ensure the software continues to meet their needs for capturing and utilizing client data.
