What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Brain Balance's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to pay an annual convention fee. The fee is $750 per person for franchisees and $700 per person for staff members. This fee is due at the point of registration, prior to the convention date.
Brain Balance retains the right to increase the annual convention fee up to $1,500 per person. However, Brain Balance must provide at least 30 days' notice to franchisees before implementing such an increase.
In addition to the registration fee, franchisees are responsible for covering their own travel, lodging, and food expenses associated with attending the annual convention. The FDD notes that some of these expenses may be discounted or subsidized by Brain Balance.
