What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the FDD does not specify any requirements for voicemail services for Boulder Designs franchisees. However, franchisees must maintain an approved email account for communication with Boulder Designs. Additionally, franchisees are required to purchase computer systems and equipment as specified in the manuals, and must acquire, install, and maintain all required items within 30 days of opening their franchise.

While the FDD does not explicitly state voicemail requirements, it does emphasize the importance of technology and communication. Franchisees are obligated to maintain an approved email account and adhere to any email or internet usage policies set by Boulder Designs. This suggests that Boulder Designs places a high value on digital communication and may have specific expectations for how franchisees manage their online presence and interactions.

Prospective franchisees should inquire directly with Boulder Designs about any specific voicemail service requirements or recommendations. It would be prudent to understand what communication standards Boulder Designs expects franchisees to uphold, including how customer inquiries via phone should be handled. Understanding these expectations will help ensure smooth operations and alignment with Boulder Designs's communication protocols.

In summary, while the FDD details requirements for email and computer systems, it lacks specific information on voicemail services. Potential franchisees should seek clarification from Boulder Designs to fully understand their obligations and ensure they meet the brand's communication standards.
