We may use your location as a training facility upon notice. If we elect to use your Franchised Business for training others, in lieu of payment, we will provide to you, the option for you to enroll your employees or Internal Managers into the training class being taught by the Franchisor free of all charges. This will be considered payment in full, for use of the facilities.
